About the role

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial and strategic support that drives performance and efficiency improvements. You’ll have a key role in shaping how the business operates and evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

Business planning

• Lead business planning, budgeting/target setting and follow-up versus plan
• Develop business cases, screen M&A targets, assist in M&A related matters, develop forecasts for market development

Performance monitoring

• Create and maintain financial and business performance metrics, including ARR, Cash Flow, Profitability
• Support and improve existing reporting and controlling processes
• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational indicators
• Assist in monthly closing and securing correct financial statements
• Deliver clear and data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Create board communication related to financial matters
• Identify trends and patterns and help keep the business on track with its goals
  
  

Commercial advisory

• Engage with commercial teams regarding deals and reporting of operational metrics
• Manage commission plans and sales incentives
• Advise sales teams on pricing and commercial terms

Professional Requirements

• BSc in Engineering or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial or business control role
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• It is meritorious if you have worked with incentives/commission and bonus calculations for customer services in the past
• It is meritorious if you have worked with Salesforce
• Strong analytical and financial acumen - comfortable navigating complex data and financial models, highly proficient with spreadsheets, and a very experienced user of Excel
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership - proactively understand business needs, constructively challenge assumptions, and provide strategic financial insights to drive performance and informed decision-making, preferably in an international environment.
