Hive Streaming partners with 150 of the world’s largest enterprises to deliver exceptional Video Experiences, enabling alignment, innovation, and measurable impact through live video. 

We’re looking for a dynamic Chief Product Officer (CPO) to drive our product strategy and execution, ensure a strong feedback loop with key customers, and advocate strongly for Hive’s solutions.

The Role

As CPO, you will lead Hive’s product team of eight professionals—including UX designers, product owners, and product marketers based in Stockholm—and serve as the face of our products to our customers and the market. You’ll meet customers directly, championing Hive’s solutions with passion and confidence. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and the engineering team, as well as ensure alignment between product, engineering, and commercial success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and Guide the Product Team: Manage and actively contribute to the company’s Product Roadmap. Use the Product Roadmap to help the team translate Hive’s mission and strategy into tangible and impactful product solutions delivered according to plan.

• Be a Product Ambassador: Actively engage with customers as the face of Hive’s product, showcasing how our solutions solve real-world problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Drive Product Execution: Accelerate delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions across our multi-product strategy, enhancing Video Experience and creating tangible value for customers.

• Champion Data-Driven Insights: Promote a culture of measuring what matters, ensuring data and analytics drive product decisions and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, and engineering to align on strategy, storytelling, and market impact.

• Create Compelling Narratives: Develop and communicate product value propositions that resonate deeply with enterprise customers and inspire adoption.
