Hive began in 2007 as a research project at the Swedish Institute for Computer Science and the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Today, it empowers global enterprises to engage their workforces using stable and secure live video.

We are born out of KTH in Stockholm, and are creating true innovative products - it’s in our DNA. This means it’s important we dare to test, fail, and learn!
We aim to build what customers need, and we aim to always get our customers feedback to adjust what we offer. Even in non-customer facing teams like People or Workplace Experience, we work through the lens of employees being our customer.
