Our hiring process
Review
We aim to review all applications with personal details anonymized, to reduce bias as much as possible. Our goal is to get back to you about next steps within approximately 2 weeks of applying.
Intro chat
If you seem like you could be the right fit, we book a 30-45 minute conversation with you and the recruiter to get to know a bit more about you and for you to learn about Hive and the role.
Meet the manager
The hiring manager interview is a chance for you to get to know who you'd be reporting to, and to talk about the more technical aspects of what work and growth opportunities would look like for you at Hive.
Case interview
The case interview looks a little different for every role, but this is our chance to see how you work and collaborate with others, and a chance for you to meet a few more of your potential colleagues!
Culture and values
If the role is in the management track, this round is typically a leadership and values interview. Non-management roles will focus more on culture and values. Either way, we want to make sure we're the perfect match, both for you and us!
